I want you to know how much we have enjoyed living in the fine house you built for us last year.

We have been very comfortable this past winter. Floors are warm & there are no cold drafts around the windows & doors. Best of all we have had this comfort at low cost. Our projected expenditure for natural gas for the year will not exceed $400.00. This includes heat, heating water & cooking.

People building have expectations of receiving value for money spent. We feel that choosing you as our builder provided us with exceptional value for dollars expended.
