Dear Roger and Sue:

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new home and our building experience with you. This was our first home building experince, and we had heard some horor stories, so we were pretty nervous to begin. However, we can honestly look back on our house building as a wonderful experience, thanks to your patience, experience and knowledge.

From the first time we sat down with you both, your honesty, knowledge and integrity really showed through. We knew right away we could trust you to build our dream home. We knew exactly what to expect next and what we had to do to get our house to anyone who who come into our home. We recently toured some open houses and can certainly tell a difference in quallity and not cutting any corners. You told us that you build houses that are like pieces of heirloom furniture, to be passed down from generation to generation, and we must agree.

Thank you again for making our entire experience, from the meeting with the designer, to finding cabinetmakers, picking out siding options to the final walkthrough, we could not be more pleased. We are thrilled an proud of our new house and wanted to make sure you knew ho grateful we are to you both for making our first building experience a memorable one.
