Dear Roger:

It has been almost two years since we moved into the house that Mathwig Builders constructed for us.  During that time we have thought many times that we should write a letter and tell you and Sue how absolutely thrilled we are with our new home.  Well, that time has finally come.

When we were exploring builders in the are for our construction project Mathwig Builders was just one of several contractors we considered.  Several contractors said they would do a good job at a fair price.  But what really caused us to select you as a builder was the fact that you had so many outstanding references from satisfied clients.  Everyone you directed us to had nothing but glowing comments to make about the process of dealing with Mathwig Builders.  When we visited several of the homes you had built, we were very impressed with the quality of workmanship.

As we were new to the process, we had heard many a horror story about people that loathed the construction process.  We were very concerned with both the process itself, and the quality of the work we would receive for our hard-earned dollars.  Well, the best decision we ever made was to select Mathwig Builders to construct our dream home.  The workmanship is outstanding.  Guests that come to visit have been very impressed with your work.  When there was the inevitable problem that all construction projects encounter you dealt with it in a quick and professional manner.  Friends of ours that have gone through the new home constuction process have not all had similar experiences.  We feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience.

So in closing, THANK YOU for being our builder, and treating us so well through the process.  I have already recommended you to several other people considering anhy projects that may require special skills.  We would be glad to have you take some photos both inside and out to show potential clients what you have done for us.  If we were ever to go through the process again, there is no question that we would again build with Mathwig Builders.
