Dear Roger,

I just wanted to commend you once again for the superb job you did on the addition to our home. As you will recall, you originally built our home in 1979, and that was one of the first group of homes, to my knowledge, that you built in the area. Both my wife and I, and Mr. and Mrs. Bowman, whose home you constructed next door, are extremely happy with the quality of construction of the homes. We are also happy with the cooperation you extended to us during the building of those houses. In the construction of something as large as a home, some problems inevitably arise, but we found it easy to solve problems that we had due to your perseverance and willingness to work with us.
When we built the addition to our home in 1984, you again did a project for us which you and I can be proud. We are extremely happy with both projects, and would recommend you to anyone for home construction without any hesitation. You might also be interested to know that in obtaining a recent appraisal for refinancing purposes, the appraiser noted that the home was above average in quality of construction, in design and appeal, and in functional utility.
